What is Ninox?

Ninox is a low-code database platform that allows you to create your own databases for individual purposes. It can be used with different types of devices. With specific program coding it is possible to create a functional database for even large projects. The database can also be used from anywhere via a cloud.

For example, connect your back office to your field service. For example, you can create orders and define your own parameters. At the customer, your field service can complete the data record. After completing the work, the commercial department can do everything else.

CAN MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES USE THE DATABASE AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes. You can apply for one account per user and assign a role to it. The roles can be set according to their rights in the database. Each user can work on the data sets individually at the same time.

IS THE DATABASE GDPR COMPLIANT?
 

Yes. The database complies with the guidelines of the GDPR.

Can lists be imported ?
 

Yes. You can import CSV files into your database. However, it must match the table structure (columns).

Can you export single records ?
 

Yes. You can export all of your tables in a similar way to reports. Either as a CSV or as an Excel spreadsheet.

What are the advantages of the cloud version ?
 

With the local version you can only use the database on one device. To use a second device, you would have to make cumbersome exports and imports of the entire database. With the cloud version, you can access your database from anywhere with any device.

CAN DATA ACCORDING TO E.g. DELETE DATA RECORDS?

Yes. Automatic backups are created regularly, which you can restore. The current database is not overwritten. So you can decide whether you want to switch back to the old version or e.g. enter a deleted data record again.
